After 1 year of employment, you can elect to enroll in our 401k plan. You can choose a percent of your paycheck to be automatically entered into your retirement account, with Northwest Express matching 50% of your investment.
Employees earn 1 hour of sick leave per 40 hours worked, for up to 40 hours of paid sick leave per year. Sick pay can be redeemed after 180 days of employment. After 1 year of employment, you will receive 5 days of paid vacation. After 2, you will receive 10 days, and 3 years and beyond is 15 paid vacation days.
